Circulation
Tissue grows better if it is well oxygenated. Good circulation helps the skin regenerate and keeps it healthier too. One way you can improve circulation is through using all five tables which includes the circulation table.
Circulation is the skin's food feeder. Nutrients, oxygen, and moisture all come to the skin by blood supply route which also carries away dirt and impurities. Anything that effects the skin's circulation effects the skins' appearance. Exercise, for instance, is beneficial; smoking is not. If a person is a heavy smoker and their skin looks grey or yellowish, poor circulation and retention of waste are a possible blame.
The gentle vibrating movement of the circulation table stimulates the blood circulation causing the body temperature to rise slightly. This action causes more blood to flow through the cells closest to the skin's surface, releasing fat and water pockets and eliminating impurities from the body. Toxins and body waste, along with sluggish circulation, are some of the primary causes of cellulite. Women with varicose veins will find that the exercise helps push the blood flow back to the heart. Lack of exercise or motionless standing or crossing the legs are the worst things for this problem, causing poor blood flow and allows blood to remain the legs and feet. This table also activates more oxygen to the blood and stimulates blood flow throughout the body, thus directly effecting your overall well being. It also results in a relaxed yet vibrant alive feeling. Immobility adversely effects the circulatory system, the respiratory system, the digestive system and even the nervous system.
As we exercise, our muscles produce a byproduct called lactic acid. It is what makes you sore the next day or two after exercising. After taking an exercise treatment on all five tables, you will find that because of the circulation table activating more oxygen to the blood and eliminating excess waste and impurities, you may experience little or no muscle soreness. Of course, this also depends on the kind of shape you are in and can vary from one person to another. This table was designed to work along with the other four tables and should be used every visit for the full ten minutes for best results. You should never eliminate any of the five machines.
You should lay completely flat on your back or tummy with the head elevated on the head rest, relaxing the entire body. This allows the blood to flow more freely throughout the body.
